Jo Malone English Pear & Freesia by Jo Malone, Luscious, golden and deliciously fresh, Jo Malone English Pear & Freesia is a sensuous fruit and floral fragrance that layers accords of just-ripened pear and freesia over a warm, autumnal base of amber and patchouli.

The opening notes are bright, fresh and effusive, mingling King William pear with soothing aqueous tones of melon. Shimmering, lightly peppery freesia and deep red rose emerge as the scent begins to settle. Base notes of earthy-sweet patchouli, rhubarb and light musk combine to produce a delectable, lingering strawberry amber finish.

English Pear & Freesia was released in 2010 by London-based fragrance company Jo Malone. A beautician and florist by training, Malone opened her first boutique in 1994, offering personal fragrances as well as skin care products and home scents. Perfumers who have worked under the brand include Celine Barel, Christine Nagel, Mathilde Bijaoui Serge Majoullier, Fabrice Pellegrin, Marie Salamagne, Beverly Bayne, Jean-Claude Delville and Lucien Piquet.
