Our return policy and process

We guarantee each sample item to be a 100% authentic fragrance decanted from the original bottle, however, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction for the actual fragrance itself.

At Perfumepur.com, we strive to provide you with the highest quality fragrances and cosmetics. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you. 


You may return any unopened full-size Retail Bottles in new condition, including original packaging and packing slip, within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund (less shipping and any gift wrapping charges). Also, we understand customers must open items before determining if they like it. As long as the item is not used in excess, you will get a full refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund.

Therefore to ensure zero product tampering and to guarantee each product shipped is authentic, we do not accept returns or exchanges for Vials, Sprays, or other decanted items. Please make your selections carefully as all decanted item sales are final.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

Defective items and/or damaged products can be returned for a replacement if we are notified within 30 days of delivery. To report an issue with your order, please Contact Us as we require written confirmation of any damage. You will receive a response within 3 business days.

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number or Return Label from our customer service department. Please contact us and request an RMA number or Return Label. An RMA number or Return Label can only be obtained by contacting the billing department. You will receive a response within 3 business days, if you have not received a response, please send it to the alternative address below.


Please Note:

  • Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.
  • Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
  • To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number or Return Label. The RMA number or Return Label must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is not allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number or Return Label.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, size, or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
  • Depending on the bank that issues the credit card you used, your refund can take up to thirty (30) days to appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued please Contact Us.
