Nicole Miller is a fashion designer with two design degrees, one of which she earned while she was in Paris studying at the esteemed Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture. She started out with clothing and set an example for other designers to open their own boutiques to market their merchandise.

She also set the trend for using actresses in place of models on the runway, now a common practice. She later advanced her career by adding cosmetic lines, home furnishings and accessories to her brand, achieving great success in the world of couture.
