Fashion Decree Perfume by Atkinsons, Launched in 2013, Fashion Decree is a chypre fragrance balancing earthy and spicy elements with delicate floral notes.

Atkinsons’ fame goes back more than two centuries, with the London-based soap and perfume company first setting up shop in 1799.
