Aigner No. 1 Platinum by Etienne Aigner, Aigner No. 1 Platinum is a versatile woody leather fragrance enhanced by nuances of incense, spices and bitter herbs.

The opening is a crisp herbal and citrus blend of cedar leaf, bergamot, artemisia and black pepper. Subtly floral and warm spicy notes develop at the heart, fusing geranium and fresh ginger with hints of cinnamon. The base combines rich accords of oud, labdanum and incense with smooth sandalwood, vetiver and musk to produce an elegant, confident sillage.

Platinum was released by the Munich-based design house Etienne Aigner in 2015 as a flanker to the original Aigner No. 1 launched in 2012. This luxury brand was founded in 1949 as an accessories company and began crafting fragrances in 1975. Other scents in the No. 1 series include Intense (2013), Sport (2014) and the unisex Oud (2014). Perfumers who have worked under the label include Rosendo Mateu, Pierre Wargnye, Caroline Dumur and Juliette Karagueuzoglou.
