This fragrance was manufactured by Jeanne Arthes. This is a French fragrance company based out of Grasse. The brand house began in 1978, and its reputation as a premier perfume brand grew substantially throughout the 1980s.

In 1987, the company had enough funds to be able to secure its own manufacturing facilities, and it began negotiating with mass market retailers all over the globe. Today, the brand’s items can be found in stores in many countries. To date, the brand has managed to release over 150 unique fragrances, and the company has acquired licenses for other brands.
