Orissima Perfume by Ted Lapidus, A floral caramel fragrance from Ted Lapidus, Orissima was created by perfumer Alexandra Monet as a chypre floral scent and released in 2016.

Peach, bamboo leaf, and grapefruit create the fruity top notes, followed by the floral heart notes peony, iris, and orange blossom. The base is composed of caramel, patchouli, and musk, creating a sweet and earthy support for the sparkling notes of the top and middle. With a heavier presence that lightens over time, this fragrance is great for wearing in the cooler months.

Founded in 1963 by French designer Edmond “Ted” Lapidus, this fashion brand was known in its founding decade for unisex styles and implementation of mass market production methods. Blue jeans were popularized thanks in part to this designer. and the first perfume for the brand, Vu for men, was released in 1975. There are now more than 30 fragrances under the name, made in collaboration with several well-known perfumers.
