Kenzo Cologne by Kenzo, Aquatic and refreshing, Kenzo cologne for men was launched in 1991 and is masculine, woody, and aromatic.

Bergamot, sea notes, mahogany, lemon, and sage top notes introduce the aquatic nature of the fragrance. Middle notes of pine, carnation, jasmine, orris root, peach, lily of the valley, juniper berry, nutmeg, caraway, and rose blend in their complexity. The base is composed of balsam fir, sandalwood, amber, oakmoss, musk, vetiver, labdanum, and cedar, and supports the rest of this scent formulated by Christian Mathieu.

The Parfums division of the Kenzo fashion house began in 1987, although a fragrance was released 9 years prior to the launch of the official perfume division. Named for influential Japanese designer Kenzo Takada, the company started as a boutique in Paris and is now part of the multi-national Lvmh, a luxury goods conglomerate. With a long list of collaborators, the company has been releasing perfumes since 1978, and continues to do so to this day.
