Demeter Fragrance Library was established in the Long Island region of New York. When Christopher Brosius founded the company in 1996, his goal was to capture everyday smells and reproduce them as high-quality fragrances. Brosius sought to sell perfumes and colognes that evoked nostalgia and fond memories. Today the company sells over 200 fragrances based on scents like baby powder, fresh hay and pink lemonade.
