Parisienne Perfume by Yves Saint Laurent, Parisienne is a fruity floral fragrance for women by Yves Saint Laurent. Introduced in 2009, this fragrance is perfect for the modern cosmopolitan woman.

This fragrance opens with notes of juicy blackberry and tart cranberry. The heart, composed of rose, violet, peony and leather, is intensely floral in a delicate way, punctuated by the warmth of the leather. The fragrance closes with notes of patchouli, vetiver, musk and sandalwood, injecting warm woody tones into the otherwise sweet concoction.

Yves Saint Laurent is a luxury design house based in Paris. Yves Saint Laurent founded his eponymous fashion line in 1961. With past experience as a designer for Christian Dior, Laurent was soon known for his beautifully tailored women’s suits. He is credited with being one of first designers to popularize menswear-inspired clothing for women. He was also one of the first designers to jump from haute couture fashion to ready-to-wear. The design house released its first fragrance in 1964.
