he head notes commence with juniper berries, mandarin orange, artemisia, aldehydes, lemon, and basil. Heart notes of cyclamen, sandalwood, carnation, cedarwood, geranium, jasmine, and pine needles follow. Musk, patchouli, vetiver, leather, and oak moss base notes complete this arrangement. This fragrance works well during fall, winter, and spring days and nights and has moderate longevity and sillage.

Krizia was one of Italy’s first ready-to-wear fashion houses and one of the first to establish itself in Milan. Founded in 1954 by Mariuccia Mandelli, the brand was known for hard tailoring with soft fabrics and whimsical, eccentric designs. She pitched ready-to-wear clothing at a time when women went to dressmakers for custom clothes and spent ten years frequently pitching to local shops until she could launch her first runway collection in 1964. The brand grew in popularity, leading it to launch its first fragrance in 1980.
